AI Air Lamp & Power Generator Guide
Instructions So Simple, Even Your Dog Could Do It
How It Works
The Al-air Generator Power Lamp is a new kind of high-energy power source.
It uses three main parts:
A special aluminum metal plate (called a negative multi-component aluminum alloy)
An air plate (called a positive air electrode)
An electrolyte mix (made by using food-safe alkaline water, or just household salt or industrial salt with water)
The lamp comes with two metal plates. When you add the electrolyte mix (salt + water), it starts making electricity.
You don’t need to plug it into the wall or charge it with regular electricity.
When the metal plates are used up, you can take them out and put in new ones so the lamp can keep working.

Liquids That Can Be Used to Generate Power
If the electrolyte power runs out, you can use alternative salty liquids to keep your Balinyala Al-Air Generator Power Lamp running.
Do not mix electrolyte solution and saltwater in the same generator. If switching between them, clean the power generator and electrode plates thoroughly before using a different liquid.
In an emergency, if electrolyte powder is unavailable, you can use saltwater, seawater, or any salt-containing liquid as a replacement. However, these alternatives generate less power than the original electrolyte.
While the generator will still work as a lamp, charging electronic devices will take longer (e.g., a smartphone takes about 4.6 hours to charge when turned off).

Safety
Safety Precautions for Using the Electrolyte
The electrolyte used in this product is a food-grade, high-efficiency, environmentally friendly, and strongly alkaline substance. Although the electrolyte is non-toxic and harmless to human health, neither the electrolyte nor any of its by-products should be ingested. Please wear gloves when assembling and operating the product to avoid extensive contact of the electrolyte solution with your skin. If contact occurs, due to its alkaline properties, some people may experience mild warmth, itching, slight stinging, or a slippery feeling when rinsing with water. In such cases, rinse thoroughly with plenty of clean water.
⚠ Special notes:
1. If the electrolyte accidentally gets into your eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of clean water and seek medical attention as soon as possible.
2. Please keep this product out of reach of children and pregnant women.
LIQUID OPTIONS
Alternative Liquids for Power
The usage time of the Balinyala Al.Air Generator Power Lamp depends on the concentration of the saltwater. Higher salt concentralion = faster reaction = shorter usage time. You can use household salt or industrial salt with a concentration betwcen 1% and 10%. Seawater (3.5% salt) works, but it has lower power output. Adding extra sat improves performance, Aternaive sources like salt-containingsports drinks or condiments (e.g., soy sauce) can work as long as they meet the salt concentration requirement
1
Household or Industrial Salt
Mix with water (1%-10% concentration) for best performance.
2
Seawater
Naturally contains 3.5% salt, but power output is lower. Add extra salt for better results.
3
Salt-Containing Sports Drinks
Some contain enough salt to work as a replacement.
4
Condiments like Soy Sauce
Can be used if salt concentration meets the required range.
5
Sodas (Carbonated Drinks)
Contain small amounts of salt, but high sugar content can reduce efficiency over time. When mixed with salt to make a salt concentration between 1% and 10%, it can also produce electricity.
6
River, Pond, or Lake Water
Contain dissolved minerals and some salt but may not last long and can cause sediment buildup. When mixed with salt to make a salt concentration between 1% and 10%, it can also produce electricity.
Check Saltwater Fluidity Regularly
Check the fluidity of the saltwater every 3-6 hours, depending on power usage.
❌ If the liquid becomes thick or less fluid, it can reduce performance.
✅ To keep performance optimal, clean and replace the saltwater immediately if needed.
When using this generator as a 3W LED lamp, replace the saltwater every 6-7 hours to prevent solidified sediment inside the electrolytic cell.
When using this generator with a 9W device (like a mobile phone, walkie-talkie, satellite phone, or camera), you should replace the saltwater about every 3 hours to stop solid stuff from building up inside.
Does Higher Salt Concentration Improve Performance? – No significant advantage—excessive salt is just wasted. Extremely high concentrations can reduce efficiency and may even prevent the generator from working.

Step By Step Guide
Getting Started
Make sure you have everything listed in the “What’s in the Box” section.
Unlock the 4️⃣ Metal Buckles and lift the top. Check that the 🔟 Electrode Plates are properly attached.

Mix the Solution
Pour two full bags of electrolyte powder into 320ml total volume (electrolyte + water) and stir well.
⚠️ Using less electrolyte powder or too much water will result in low power generation.

Fill the Lamp
Twist open the 1️⃣ Thread Cap and pour in 200ml of solution.
Wait a few minutes for bubbling to settle, then pour the remaining solution.
Fill just enough to submerge the 🔟 Electrode Plates, then close the cap.
⚠️ Do not overfill – excess liquid may cause overflow or power loss.

Turn It On
Press the ❷ LED Switch – your lamp should light up! 💡
Charge Your Devices – Connect your USB, Type-C, or Serial Interface to charge your phone or any USB-powered device.

Important Warnings
Proper Solution Filling → Only add enough solution to submerge the 🔟 Electrode Plates.
Even Compartments → Keep solution levels balanced in both sections to ensure stable power.
No Cross-Contamination → Mixing compartments may cause short circuits, heat buildup, rapid bubbling, or electrolyte overflow.
Observe Bubbling → It’s normal for mild bubbling when adding electrolyte. The top cover has small ventilation holes for this.
Water Level Check → If the 🔟 Electrode Plates are no longer submerged, add just enough liquid to cover them.
Charging Phones
The charging speed depends on whether you are using the electrolyte version or the saltwater version of the generator.
Electrolyte Version (20W, Max 4A) → Fast Charging ⚡
Charges a 4000mAh phone in 1.5 to 3 hours.
Saltwater Version (9W, Max 1.6A) → Slower Charging ⏳
Takes about 4.6 hours to fully charge a phone.
If the phone is turned off, charging will be slightly faster.

Important Tips
Tips During Use
Our design is based on an 8-hour continuous usage plan

Usage More Than 8 Hours
If you need to use the generator for more than 8 hours, you have two options:
Check the liquid level → Ensure the solution fully submerges the Electrode Plates. If the level is low, add a small amount of water.
Dissipate heat → If water is unavailable, open the top threaded cap to help prevent overheating and maintain stable performance.

Check Electrolyte Fluidity Regularly
If using the generator for extended periods, ensure that the electrolyte solution remains fluid.
A decrease in fluidity may reduce performance and cause inefficiencies.
Always monitor the liquid and add a small amount of water if needed to maintain optimal operation.

Check Electrolyte Solution Fluidity Regularly
The fluidity of electrolyte solution should be checked every 4-6 hours, depending on power consumption.
❌ If the liquid becomes thick or less fluid, it can affect performance.
✅ To ensure optimal operation, clean and replace the electrolyte solution immediately if needed.

Replacing the Electrode Plates
Replace the electrode plate once it’s fully used.
Each new plate provides long-lasting power. Its lifespan depends on how often you use the AI Power Lamp and the type of devices you charge.
With light or occasional use, a single plate can last a very long time.
Storage, Cleaning & Maintenance
Stopping Use for More Than 2 Hours
If you won’t be using the lamp for more than 2 hours, pour out the electrolyte or saltwater to completely stop the electrochemical reaction—this prevents unnecessary power loss and extends the lamp’s lifespan. Any unused electrolyte can be reused later; just store it in a clean, sealed plastic bottle or bag.
Long-Term Storage
Empty the electrolyte solution or saltwater. Clean the generator compartment and Electrode Plates. Keep all parts dry to prevent damage and ensure the lamp stays in good condition for future use.
